Editorial Note: Ceres turning direct at 02°30’ of Aries inspired me to write Harvest Reliquary. I deliberately chose poppies to represent this piece.
Wheat and poppies are Ceres’ most prominent symbols. Poppies and wheat frequently grow together in the fields of her native lands.
I began working on this before Ceres turned direct and continued until it was pitch perfect. I used the chart as it was at the moment she reversed course.
The Prophecy
Demeter is the Greek precursor to Ceres—a wilder, more primordial force. Ceres administers the harvest; Demeter is the source of it. One belongs to Roman statecraft. The other is the original mother, the one who created the field itself.
If we wind the clock back even further—and we will—Renenet emerges as the neter of the harvest in ancient Egypt.
Greek myths say that Demeter created the poppy. Therefore, it is strongly related to Persephone.
Poppies are threshold flowers. They mark the place where worlds are torn asunder, yet life continues. Poppy seeds sleep in the depths until the earth is ripped open. Only then do they rise. That is why they belong to Persephone. They follow her arc.
Persephone’s journey into Pluto’s death chamber didn’t break her. Instead, she mastered Death’s power and it made her Queen.
Poppies—much like ancient goddesses—can lie dormant in the soil for years and then spring to life the moment the right conditions coax them to bloom. Often it’s chaos that calls them out of dormancy and awakens them into flourishing.
Poppies mark the stubborn return of life after devastation. During WWI, soldiers watched poppies erupt across churned battlefields—seeds long dormant brought back to the surface by artillery fire. The war machine disturbed the soil enough for what was buried to return.
In this Elixir IV, the poppy seeds are the relics of true, generative power. The deep, dark soil of the Earth—like the deep crevices of our collective memory—is the reliquary.
Time is of the essence now, and urgency is the force that churns the soil.
The poppy flowers are the prophecy.
We will remember.
She will return.
And when she rises in us, we too will rise.
We will return to power.
We will not stand only as witnesses.
We will reclaim the field—and with it, the harvest.

The Harvest
This is not a harvest of plenty.
It is a harvest of power.
The field is not yet abundant.
The yield is not yet overflowing.
This return is not loud.
It sounds more like a soft, sinuous song that brings tears of remembrance to your eyes.
Because you KNOW where you have been and you KNOW what is NeXt.
Deep breath in and out. Let this experience move at a slow tempo.
Now, speaking of where we have been …
There Was a Time
There was a time when the harvest belonged to the field itself and to the people who tended it—before statecraft, before centralized control, before all the grubby, greedy hands that tried to claim what was never theirs. Yes. There was a time before empires and intermediaries consolidated grain stocks and power.
Egypt too was an empire with centralized power and control replete with abuses—much like all the rest. Yet threaded through its myths are touch points from a world that existed before any empire, before any throne—where the harvest was governed by forces far more ancient than kings.
Renenet is one of those forces. Where Persephone’s power came from contest, Renenet’s power—like that of Demeter—simply existed naturally. In one generation, the source of power can shift from existent to earned by trial and developed by extremity.
Deep breath in and out as you contemplate that critical truth.
Renenet’s name is constructed as follows:
RNN: Nourishment;
WTT: Snake.
Her epithets “lady of the fertile land” and “lady of granaries” denote her function as a goddess of fertility and the harvest. During the gathering of corn and pressing of grapes people made offerings to her before an image which was in the form of a snake or possessed by a snake’s head. (Lurker 1980, 100).
∞ Quoted in the Book of Doors Divination Deck
Renenet reminds me of Coātlīcuē from my Mēxihcah tradition. In Nāhuatl, her name means “the one with the skirt of serpents.” Her name is constructed as follows:
Coātl: Serpent;
Cuēitl: Skirt—or īcue: her skirt
She is depicted as a woman wearing a skirt of writhing snakes and a necklace of human hearts. She is also known as the goddess of fertility, the ruler of life and death, the mother of Huitzilopochtli, god of the sun and war.
∞ The Toltec Secret by Sergio Magaña
Coatlicue is associated with the planet Pluto because she possesses the full powers of both life and death, much like Persephone after her trials.
Coatlicue and Renenet are not only of the past. They are living archetypes. We only traveled back in time greet them and to retrieve their living force. Now that we have activated their essence with our attention, we can write the NeXt line:
There Will Be a Time.
Harvest Reliquary and this chart are our time portal into the future of our best possibilities, together.
Deep breath in and out as we begin to explore the contours of this journey that will take us from one timeline to another.
The Aspects
At the hour before Ceres turned direct, her chart felt like an underground chamber vibrating with a low hum.
An unmistakable signal.
A pressure wave.
A tone.
And, yet, something that reminded me of a lullaby.
It was the kind of music you don’t hear so much as register in your bones.
Yet, it was simultaneously diamond-mine quiet—like the instant before the pickaxe lands.
The whole chart was swollen with impending discovery, a prophecy pressing at the gate, waiting for a single strike to break through to the first jewel.
It was surprising and ample.
This chart was an enigma with a pulse.
I set out to compound this Elixir in an afternoon. Instead, it pulled me under for four days. Yet, only a few uncanny aspects hummed with magnetic insistence:
A perfect trine between Black Moon Lilith and Ceres at 02°30’ of Sagittarius and Aries respectively;
Two tight sextiles between Pluto at 01°43’ of Aquarius on the one hand and Lilith and Ceres on the other;
Vesta a few days into Capricorn at 03°22’ square Ceres;
Vesta semi-sextile Lilith;
Venus in Scorpio in a separating sesquiquadrate with Ceres; and
A waning sextile between Uranus Rx in Taurus and Ceres, already covered in great detail in Elixir II: Reap∞♢∞.
Another deep breath in and out as we transition into Lilith’s stone cold visual silence.
Pure Instinct
The Moon represents primal, animal instinct. But its instincts are conditioned by memory, reflection, history, and cycles. Likewise, the Moon is the place where reflections become patterns, and patterns become prisons.
In my tradition, conditioned instincts and reflections are the invisible prison of the Moon that traps us in repetitive cycles. When you are trapped by conditioned reflection, you don’t see what has confined you because it feels familiar. It is routine.
When the Moon imprisons you, reflection becomes background material. You scarcely know it’s there.
Lilith is different.
Lilith is primordial instinct. She is the purest instinct before any intervention or imprint. Lilith is the essence of the Moon from before the Moon even existed. She is the Moon’s generative darkness.
Lilith reflects nothing. She is perpetually dark. She has no light at all.
Lilith is pure knowing. Non-negotiable clarity unmediated by experience or expectation. She is the complete absence of self-reflection.
When you encounter Lilith, you cannot see even a flicker of yourself. There is no feedback, no image, no interpretation. You face a presence that offers no return signal. You look toward her, and nothing looks back.
In Lilith’s isolation chamber, you cannot understand yourself referentially. Lilith’s pure lack of correspondence strips you of everything held in place by the reflective world. With Lilith, you experience the absence of any fixative relationship to anyone or anything.
When faced with Lilith’s complete silence, movement arises from the purest, most original you—the you that existed before meaning began to shape you. She puts you in touch with the pre-reflection you. Her stillness calls forth your true, original, raw potential.
Lilith’s Distilled Function: She Surfaces Originality
Pre-Reflection You:
the organism before interpretation
the self before self-awareness
the being before narrative
the identity before scripting
the “I” before the mirrors formed around it
It is not reactive.
It is not patterned.
It is not conditioned.
It is not psychological.
It is not relational.
It’s not temporal.
It is existence-before-definition.
True, original, raw potential:
the energy released when the stripping is complete
the potential energy state that precedes directed action
the charge inside you once conditioning collapses
the pressure differential created by Lilith’s silence
This is potential energy, not kinetic.
Lilith does not foster movement or expression.
She is the state-change that precedes original, instinctive creative movement. She blocks premature movement so motion can arise uncontaminated.
Lilith removes the watchers and your ability to watch them watching so the wave of conditioned identity collapses, allowing the particles of raw potential to surface.
Deep breath in and out as you sink into the silence and emerge again into this journey.
A Flash of Pure Generative Power
The trine between Ceres—at the first minute of direct motion—and Lilith is consequential. Lilith brings a sudden erasure of programming. Ceres, Demeter, Renenet … none of the cultural constructs matter. Suddenly we get a flash of pure generative power.
Everything we have projected upon the harvest principle disappears and her pure, generative function returns. Pure harvest instinct is Lilith’s contribution:
nourishment that rises without reflection, without story, without a single predatory claim on it, without the pressure to earn your keep.
At two degrees of Aries, the imperative to become channels this pure, generative power into creative action that seeds and delivers the harvest.
In my tradition, the planet Mars is related to Xīpe Tōtec who brings renewal through the dynamic interplay of life and death. The poppies are made of Xipe Totec colors: red and black.
Mars rules Aries. It is, therefore, the sign of renewal and of new life sparking and unfolding as outdated forms pass away.
The number two (ome) stresses the raw conductive power of the great energy mother and father—the twin serpents that exist within us but also outside of us.
The presence of the snakes ensures the field is protected and that it is constantly renewed by regenerative practices. Nourishment, protection, and provision are no longer routed through any consolidating authority. They return to the field—and to those who tend it.
If we do not actively embody the great energy mother and father, and wield their power, they lie dormant. We look outside ourselves for the resources we require. We lose touch with our own generative force and with our ability to give death to anything that threatens the harvest. Looting or conquest are the outcomes.
In Lilith’s presence, we naturally embody the twin powers of life and death, and of the great energy mother and father. They are the raw potential that remains when the previous story and the conditioned reflections no longer exist.
Fused with our unique, original, unconditioned potential as individual humans, these forces become the myriad expressions and dreams that make up our world.
Deep breath in and out.
Release the heavy energy you have been holding around your generative power.
The Twin Powers
In Roman and Greek mythology, the afterlife was a place of stagnation. Evolution stopped. Identity persisted without movement. In symbolic terms, the dead ossified and became more of what they were in life—a ghastly fate.
The underworld was kind of like an encounter with the Sorting Hat from Harry Potter—paradise over there, eternal torment over here. But once you were sorted, that was that. There was no chance to evolve.
This is not the modern view of Pluto. The modern perspective treats him more like Osiris, a facilitator of after-death transformation. To be honest, the modern view of Pluto is a bit muddled by wishful thinking about who people want Pluto to be.
If you apply the idea of metamorphosis to the static identity of the Roman afterlife, the only viable outcome is dissolution back into Nothing. Under this interpretation, Pluto doesn’t return you to potential. He returns you to the substrate that predates potential. He composts you into the great, vast ocean of primordial Nothing—far less ghastly than ossification.
This kind of finality is closer to the death ingredient I want for this Force ∞ Fusion. So that’s how I am distilling Pluto, the archetype. But it only really matters for context!
In my tradition, Coatlicue is associated with the planet Pluto. But that is where the resemblance stops. She is the multidimensional force that moves as life, death, and metamorphosis.
Coatlicue is multidimensional medicine. She can:
heal anything;
transform anything;
constrict and destroy anything; and
give life to and sustain anything.
She does not wield the power of life and death. She is power itself.
In this era, the Aquarian channel carries a Pluto current—and therefore activates Coatlicue’s medicine and distributes it through the collective field.
Aquarius, though an air sign, is the water bearer of modern Western astrology. It has correlates in my tradition and in the Egyptian mysteries. Water bearers abound throughout cosmologies. But for our purposes, I don’t need to give you a dissertation on the power and function of water powers. We can distill the essence.
Aquarius is not water. It is the force that structures and allocates the flow—the distributor of water and the spiritual nourishment that sustains the collective.
Aquarius has two rulers: Saturn and Uranus. Let’s shorthand this also to save time and extract the purest “ingredients.”
Saturn → materiality, structure, pressure, limits, rules, density
Uranus → disruption, breakthrough, rupture, shocking revelation, mutation
Aquarius is pressured by Saturn’s materiality and electrified by Uranus’s evolutionary voltage. It forces innovation because it fuses evolutionary current and material structure. Aquarius introduces the force of constraint to unlock more sustainable pathways. It forces everyone, individually and collectively, to acknowledge limits and then disrupt inertia with novelty.
When Aquarius’ evolutionary pressure meets Coatlicue’s multidimensional medicine—the forces of life, death, and metamorphosis precisely compounded—you get conditions for transformation that are channeled through the collective in a structured way.
In short, Aquarius is the architect of flow under pressure.
Coatlicue is the engine of metamorphosis. The death she dispenses has only one purpose: to be pregnant with life. The life she brings flourishes. Yet, it is said in Mexico that when we are born, we arrive in the company of a secret death.
Life ∞ Death ∞ Life ∞ Death ∞
Coatlicue’s medicine can transform, introduce pure, unadulterated new life, or destroy.
Coatlicue is in no way limited to the Aquarian channel simply because Western astrology maps her power there in this era. But the intersection highlights a corridor through which raw evolutionary force can be distributed into the world without losing its power or its precision.
Pluto in Aquarius, in effect, awakens a structured channel for Coatlicue’s medicine in the collective consciousness because so many people place their faith in Western charts.
Deep breath in and out.
Embrace life. Embrace death. So natural. Like breathing.
Creativity Unbound
When Persephone disappeared, Demeter stopped creating. Nothing grew. The grief attached not just to the loss of a daughter, but to Demeter’s creative power. The whole world suffered from her retreat.
This is extremely illuminating.
Theft of a harvest not only leaves us in grief about the lost production. It can saddle every creative act with the anguish of loss. If that happens, we stop creating, not just personally, but for the collective.
In Egyptian mysteries, Ptah is the act of creation. His creative actions span the galaxies.
Ptah is the living, wise fire in each of us. We are the vessels through which he creates in our world. He is the sculptor, caster, smelter, engraver, and opener. He is often shown at the potter’s wheel shaping his creations: the heavens and the Earth.
Thus Ptah manifests as sustained, precise, mutable, and dynamic creative action on a universal, not a cellular level. He is the craftsman’s flame shaping form, opening pathways, and forging the NeXt epoch—not the next day.
Ptah is the perfect correlate to the directional, mutable fire of Sagittarius.
But in this instance, I heard Bastet speaking to me too. She is magnetic attraction. She draws lunar and solar currents together to create a new child or a new dimension of awareness.
Bastet is associated with the spring planting season. In ancient Egypt, her festivals were wild and joyous events that took place in late spring (as the planting season wound down).
Bastet represents ease and pleasure in creation—the fearless, instinctive joy that arises when generative power is free of threat, grief, or inhibition.
Bastet is the magnetic fusion of the Sun and Moon. She is the enlivened union in which solar will and lunar instinct combine inside one organism.
Bastet is the pleasure-charged vitality that turns potential into living co-creation between the point of creative origination and its reception. In other words, she is the unified experience of the Sun encountering a living, responsive medium—the Moon—reflecting back pleasure.
Bastet is creation enjoyed. Ultimately, she is the unified domain in which the creative fire meets a receptive field that delights in what it generates.
In Bastet, the creative process nourishes the creator, the creation, and the consumer. Bastet, in her purest form, doesn’t contain any wounds affecting this creative triad.
As the primordial fusion of Sun and Moon—she is the pleasure circuit of creation before reflection became distorted. But in ordinary life, the Moon’s reflection gets programmed by loss, rejection, and history. When that happens, the pleasure ratio collapses, and the creative triad fractures.
While serving different functions, Bastet and Ptah both fit the ideal of mutable fire—fire in motion, fire shaping form. Ptah opens the pathway; Bastet magnetizes the response.
Both also hint at the opportunity that arises when Sagittarius emanates through Lilith.
Let’s define the challenge:
We will never Reap∞♢∞ if we, like Demeter, allow our losses and our grief to stop us from ever planting the seeds of a good harvest. If we allow rejection to attach to our creative process, everything will be distorted.
Reap∞♢∞ is about more than our individual harvest. It’s about the way a tiny gesture, like Beethoven composing a symphony or Emily Dickinson writing a poem, under the right conditions, can shape the universe in perpetuity.
It’s also about how a pyramid thousands of years old, yet containing the secrets of the universe, could still be influencing you as you read and me as I write.
This is Ptah-level fire. It’s the creative act with exponential impact. It’s fire with a long-term plan. A wound affecting this kind of fire has Demeter-level impact.
A wound affecting the Bastet fire triad is more about the experience we want to have when we create for the world, not just for ourselves. It’s about congruence between giver and receiver, us and our reflective existence.
With Lilith in Sagittarius, the act of creation is stripped of meaning and reflection. The distortions are nullified. Directional, wide-boundary fire and magnetic attraction are both freed of the creative wound.
When you bring that freedom together with Pluto in Aquarius, an opportunity forms.
Lilith eviscerates the conditioned instincts and the imprisoning reflections that stifle wide-impact creativity AND delicious reception.
Coatlicue’s medicine is then administered as a tonic to stimulate our imagINation rather than a treatment for our pain.
Once Lilith strips away the dead reflective ecosystem of conditioned loss, we open to Coatlicue’s full range. Coatlicue’s medicine becomes a tonic for imagINation rather than a response to injury—because we are no longer filtering her medicine through our wounds. It becomes the generator of health instead of healing.
Suddenly, Coatlicue starts dispensing muse-like inspiration and we act on it. A spark becomes a passionate flame and before we know it that flame is alive in material form. It’s shaping and forging new worlds.
In ancient times, the harvest pertained to cultivating crops. Now nourishment often comes indirectly from cultivating creative projects, fostering relationships, designing solutions …
With our generative power restored to its primordial, wide-impact form and our creativity liberated from loss and rejection, we are able to bring our visions to life in any form from field to fire circle.
When the primordial Bastet is active, the things we create and the people we create them for become like entangled electrons—separate in form, inseparable in function, responding as one across any distance. They don’t just find each other! They correspond.
Suddenly our dreams find their place in the world, create impact, and return to us as the surface of the Moon gleaming with delight at what the Sun released.
In plain English, our people get it and they love it. Our impact has lasting effect across generations.
But first …
Deep breath in and out.
Give ∞ Receive.
Bone-Deep Mutation
Vesta left Sagittarius and entered 00°00’ of Capricorn on November 15, 2025 at 4:21:40 AM CST. Then, at 1:57:27 AM CST on November 20, 2025, it formed an exact square with Ceres at 02°31’ of Capricorn and Aries, respectively. This occurred the day before Ceres went direct.
This timing is precise. Vesta reconfigured just as the generative force prepared to reverse direction.
Vesta in Capricorn is the regenerative mutation chamber. Here the placenta of NeXt draws nourishment from a womb formed of restructuring rules.
In Roman times, Vesta’s role was reduced to hearth and home, just as Venus became a love goddess instead of a mage with mix control.
If you wind the clock back and change the geography, Vesta becomes Meh-Urt, the cosmic womb. And Capricorn morphs into Khnemu, the builder of bodies.
In the earliest times she was a female personification of the watery mass that formed the substance of the world …
… She is a form of the primeval creative principle and when she is shown in human form, she takes the image of a pregnant woman with full breasts ready to give milk, sometimes with a lotus flower twined around her scepter—the lotus flower from which the sun rose for the first time. She wears the menat of love and pleasure around her neck.
∞ The Book of Doors Divination Deck
Meh-Urt is a vessel of unlimited possibilities. In Capricorn, she is a moment in time when potential waits for the rule-set that will shape it. In the early degrees of a sign, Vesta contains the seed of a change that has not yet come to fruition.
Khnemu’s name comes from Khnem, which means to build or to unite. Like Ptah, he is often depicted at the potter’s wheel.
Ptah created the heavens and the earth. But Khnemu created all living beings—including humans—according to the blueprints of Tehuti (or Thoth). He is the builder of humans and the maker of the gods.
Where Ptah shapes universes, Khnemu shapes cells.
If you think of what it means to create a living thing in material terms, we quickly encounter the world of bones, blood, and most importantly, DNA—the domain where Vesta in Capricorn performs her deepest work.
Interestingly, Khnemu is deeply connected to the sign of Aquarius. Aquarius—Satet in ancient Egypt—is the waterbearer. Khnemu is the one who decides when the water flows. He keeps and modifies the rules by which societies function. He determines how humans and all other species will evolve. He is the stability in design. And he is the Mutation Master.
Finally, Khnemu expresses all four elements necessary for creation.
The great primeval creative force that is Khnemu unites within himself four great gods: Ra, Shu, Geb, and Ausar, together giving the powers of the four elements. Ra represents fire, Shu is air, Geb is earth, and Ausar is the element of water.
∞ The Book of Doors Divination Deck
Yet, with all that power, he—like Ptah—cannot give life. He can only construct it. The goddess who holds the ankh is the one who breathes life into creation.
Meh-Urt is a form of the feminine generative force: Het-Hert or Hathor. She’s not just soft power. She’s a cosmic superpower.
The square between Vesta and Ceres spans the arc of transition from:
the last moments of the internal migration prompted by Ceres Rx in Aries
TO
the extroverted, visible return of generative power required by Ceres direct in Aries.
The internal migration took us from being:
trapped in a trespass
to being dead to its machinations.
The trespass has now been permanently extinguished. That was Extinction, Elixir III: Terminate the Trespass.
Now …
With Ceres direct, the square with Vesta is applying extreme tension to force us to Reap∞♢∞, but under a new set of rules. These are the rules by which we will rebuild our world and our rebuilding process will, in turn, rebuild us—right down to our bones and our gene expression.
Ceres direct carries the energy of an outwardly projected ignition of generative power. But Aries is also the moment when we etch the contours of NeXt upon the mirror of our lives in fire and fury. Getting the operational logic right before too much outward thrust is essential.
Vesta in Capricorn square Ceres in Aries is a bit like a volcanic rush of lava that can’t quite break through. It’s tense. It’s meant to be tense. When the time is right …
Kaboom. Unmistakable Mutation Momentum.
Vesta will be in Capricorn until she enters Aquarius on January 11, 2026. The next roughly 45 days are critical for gestation and a little bit of exploration.
Vesta in Aquarius is the moment when distributed power becomes the container of metamorphosis. That way the volcanic rush of fire won’t be wasted. It will be networked.
Vesta will be 9 degrees applying to a sextile with Ceres in Aries the moment Vesta enters Aquarius. Distributed fire!
Deep breath in and out. Sink into potential. Rest as the revisions land.
Once in a Blue Moon
Vesta in Capricorn semi-sextile Lilith in Sagittarius is awkward. I would normally ignore it. Capricorn and Sagittarius operate in wildly different realms. They have the same function—creativity—but they carry it out in different layers of reality.
Likewise, Vesta is the vessel that holds the seed of NeXt. Within Vesta, NeXt is a developing organism with a defined genetic purpose. A poppy will never become a rose—at least not without intervention.
If a poppy looked into Lilith’s void, it would be a flower without myth or meaning—just a red and black flower capable of becoming part of any story.
In sum, Vesta foster’s the seed’s fate; Lilith wipes the slate clean. Those two functions have almost nothing in common.
Yet, this quirky aspect caught my attention and sustained it. It’s one of the enigmas in this chart.
For a semi-sextiles to produce something other than friction, we have to be in the right place at the right time. Think of it like this: an introvert and an extrovert are invited to a party. Both will enjoy a party together once in a blue moon.
Once. In. A. Blue. Moon. And yet, here we are.
This is that rare moment.
The chart has created a hybrid. We are focused on Ptah’s wide-boundary impact with an exponential generational sweetener. But that impact depends upon the in-womb mutation of bone and blood. It relies upon a literal change in DNA expression.
Without Lilith to restore us to our un-storied origins and Vesta to re-write the code through the placenta of NeXt, I won’t say the harvest fails but …
… Reap∞♢∞ is more than a good harvest. It’s a transfer of intergenerational-level impact. For that, we need new rules! We need our primordial selves and our primordial creative power aimed at NeXt:
Evolution of the species and our collective systems.
Now, as luck would have it, there is a blue moon on May 31, 2026 in Sagittarius. I’d keep my eye on that date. I have no idea why. But blue is the color of prophecy. Prophecy and discipline.
Deep breath in and out. Say this out loud: I am always in the place at the right time.
Two Aces in the Hole
I almost forgot why I was talking about Pluto in Aquarius in the first place. The two sextiles: one between Pluto and Ceres and one between Pluto and Lilith. Sextiles are opportunities. These are Yang opportunities made of fire and air. They take off like wildfire.
In a Yang sextile, the opportunity is like ripe fruit hanging on a tree. All we have to do is show up and catch the fruit. Everything I expressed in this Elixir— regarding Pluto, Lilith, Ceres, and Aquarius—is ripe for the taking. All you have to do is “drink” it.
Once you ingest the compounded ingredients …
Wham! The changes take off like wildfire.
You can imbibe through conscious understanding or you can do it in your dreams. A deep meditative state will work also.
Deep breath in and out. Decide:
Is it time to pop the top and have a swig?
The Diamond Mine
On the day of the Scorpio New Moon (on November 20, 2025), Venus moved into an exact sesquiquadrate (135° apart) with Ceres Rx in Aries. A day later, Ceres went direct.
Breaking News: Venus is not a love goddess. She is the mage of the Zodiac. In ancient Egypt, she was Isis. She is the awakened masculine and feminine in one body. Isis is the Mix Master—the one who animates every polarity, especially the twin currents of the great energy mother and father.
Isis is the diamond in the mine. When you unearth the truth of her power in yourself (as already explained in great detail via Elixir III: Extinction) you will have all the power you need to create the harvest and Reap∞♢∞ the fruit of the good seeds you have sown.
Yet just as with the interaction between Ceres and Vesta, we are being redirected. A sesquiquadrate brings delays that leave you no choice but to act on a new strategy.
In this case, the harvest sits in a tension point with our own wholeness. The yield won’t come from purely external thrust. It will come from magic, specifically, the night-side powers.
And by magic, I mean electromagnetism—the twin forces that make life possible. Not fantasy. Not spectacle. The fusion force of creation. Electromagnetism literally holds matter together
Ironically, you cannot separate electricity from magnetism. Each creates the other.
A changing electric field creates a magnetic field.
A changing magnetic field creates an electric field.
Humanity didn’t lose the twin powers. Conquest, survival, and trauma-conditioned reflection buried them.
Almost all of modern history—more than 6,000 years—is bereft of narratives portraying anything but war and conquest.
This sesquiquadrate challenges everything that has brought the world to the brink of human extinction. It forces Venus’s wholeness into direct confrontation with Ceres’s demand for real, embodied generative power.
In so doing, it shines a glaring, white hot spotlight on the biggest “error” humankind has ever made:
believing we can only get what we need via hustle—in the most benign scenario—and war and conquest at the extreme.
Very simply put, humankind is being asked to remember the very ancient ways that are accessible only through contact with the surviving remnants of information about the old forces.
As we enter a new dream, a new era, and a new, dark Sun under which the powers of the night and of dreams are prominent, we must cultivate our own wholeness.
We are being pushed to expand our narrow day-consciousness with the night side of knowing that delivers a wide-boundary perspective. Circumstances are also forcing us to recognize this fundamental truth:
with the great energy mother and father awakened inside of us, we can create our lives from the inside out.
This is not to say that the world’s problems—or ours—will go away at the wave of a magic wand. It is to say that we must now confront our circumstances via integration.
This is the harvest of power!
Does this mean we can all sit around drinking refreshments and eating the proverbial Bon Bons, no action required?
Of course not. It means less and less will be possible when we act through the blind spots that lead to war and conquest and a desperate bid for survival. Look around you. Everything is on the brink. We are in a degenerative and vicious cycle of worsening, interconnected conditions.
The only way out is IN.
We cannot solve extinction-level risk with the same reflexes that built it.
Maybe you will not understand me today. Maybe you will tomorrow. In your own time.
But once you do …
And when you do, she rises. You rise. Power returns.
